These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pk556 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets or wagers.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 By completing the pk556 registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions as a binding legal agreement between yourself and pk556.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any specific rules or conditions published for individual games, sports markets, promotions, or features on the pk556 platform. In the event of a conflict, the specific product or promotion rules take precedence over these general Terms for that specific circumstance only.
2.3 pk556 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform interface or to the registered email/mobile number on file. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register for or use the pk556 platform. pk556 strictly enforces this requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all associated funds will be forfeited. pk556 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold only one active Account on pk556. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — are prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.
3.4 KYC Verification. pk556 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or upon reaching certain account thresholds. Verification may require submission of a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification. pk556 is not responsible for delays caused by a User's failure to provide verification documents promptly.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk556 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. pk556 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 Notification of Breach. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify pk556 immediately via the support contact. pk556 will temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.
4.3 Account Suspension and Closure. pk556 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: suspected fraud or collusion; breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; or use of the platform in a jurisdiction where it is prohibited.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. pk556 may apply an administrative fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month period, until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the User.
5.1 Approved Payment Methods. pk556 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfers (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah), Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. pk556 does not accept deposits from payment sources not registered in the User's own name.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is Rs 200 via JazzCash or Easypaisa, Rs 500 via card, and Rs 1,000 via bank transfer. Minimum cryptocurrency deposits are subject to current network minimums.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 business day for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to satisfactory KYC verification. pk556 does not charge internal withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment provider charges may apply.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. pk556 applies anti-money laundering controls consistent with internationally recognised standards. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. pk556 reserves the right to request documentation supporting the source of funds before processing large withdrawals.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on pk556 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction, minus any applicable conversion fee.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on pk556 are subject to the applicable sports rules, market rules, and maximum payout limits published on the platform. A bet is only confirmed once pk556 has issued a confirmation reference number. Bets placed during system errors or after event results have been determined are void.
6.2 Maximum Payouts. pk556 applies maximum single-bet payout limits which may vary by sport and market type. Any winnings that would otherwise exceed the applicable maximum payout will be reduced to the maximum payout amount. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the individual market screens.
6.3 Void Bets. Bets may be voided by pk556 in the event of: manifest errors in odds; technical faults; incomplete or abandoned events (subject to sport-specific settlement rules); or clear evidence of collusion or match manipulation.
6.4 Cricket Specific Rules. Cricket betting markets, including PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, and Tests, are settled in accordance with pk556's Cricket Settlement Rules published in the sportsbook help section. In the event of a match being suspended and not completed within 48 hours, pk556 reserves the right to apply Duckworth-Lewis-Stern calculations or void affected markets at its discretion.
6.5 Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity. pk556 is not responsible for bets not registered due to connection interruptions. Odds on live markets are updated in real time and the prices confirmed at the moment of acceptance govern settlement.
7.1 All bonuses and promotional offers issued by pk556 are subject to specific bonus terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. Real Money Funds in excess of the bonus amount are withdrawable without restriction, subject to standard KYC requirements.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. pk556 monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on both sides of a market to clear a bonus with minimal risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same offer; or making deposits solely to trigger a bonus with no genuine gaming intent. pk556 reserves the right to void bonus-related winnings and close Accounts where abuse is confirmed.
7.4 One Welcome Bonus Per User. Welcome bonuses are available once per User, verified by mobile number, device fingerprint, and payment method. Circumventing this restriction via new account creation is a violation of Section 3.2.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk556 and constitute grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
9.1 All content on the pk556 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, odds data, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pk556 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the pk556 platform without prior written consent.
10.1 pk556 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk556 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 pk556 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress — even if pk556 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 pk556's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10.4 pk556 is not responsible for losses caused by: internet connectivity failures; third-party payment provider outages; force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action; or changes in laws and regulations affecting the User's jurisdiction.
11.1 pk556 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow players to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Users via Account Settings:

12.1 pk556 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on the platform with a revised effective date. For material amendments that significantly affect User rights or obligations, pk556 will provide at least 14 days' notice via the registered mobile number or in-platform notification.
12.2 If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the pk556 platform and submit a withdrawal request for any available Real Money Funds balance before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pk556 is licensed and incorporated. Users accessing the platform from Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Pakistan is subject to ongoing legal development and accept full personal responsibility for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
13.2 In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the pk556 Services, you agree to first raise the matter with the pk556 Customer Support team and allow a reasonable period for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with pk556's dispute resolution procedures.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
